Rodex is a free beta. Features can change, break or be removed, and we may stop offering Rodex or parts of it at any time. We don't promise that Rodex is always available, error-free or suited to a particular purpose.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, which we can revoke, to install and use Rodex on computers you control. All rights in Rodex stay with us. You may not:

• sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute Rodex or modified versions of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law expressly allows this;
• get around credits, invite or credit codes, update signatures or other technical limits;
• use Rodex to break the law or anyone else's rights.

Open-source parts of Rodex keep their own licences, which take priority for those parts. See Licenses.

4. Other services you use with Rodex

Rodex works with programs and accounts you get from others, such as Roblox Studio, Claude Code (Anthropic), Codex and ChatGPT (OpenAI), Cursor (Anysphere), Ollama and Blender. You need your own accounts with them, you must follow their terms, and you pay any fees they charge you. We are not responsible for their services. Rodex is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any of these companies. Their names and logos are their trademarks.

5. Your games and what Rodex makes

• You keep all rights to your games, scripts and assets. We claim no rights to anything you make with Rodex.
• Rodex uses AI. Its output (code, models, images, effects, advice and chart insights) can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other people's work. Review and test it before you publish or rely on it.
• You are responsible for your games and for what you publish, including that they follow the Roblox Terms of Use, the Roblox Community Standards and the law, and that you have the rights to everything you upload.
• Rodex changes your open place when you ask it to. Most changes can be undone, but keep backups or test in a copy of your place, especially for published games.
• Chart and game data comes from public Roblox services. It is shown as is and may be incomplete or out of date.

6. Credits

Chats use credits. Credits are a usage allowance inside the app, not money: they have no cash value, cannot be paid out, transferred or sold, and are tied to your installation. During the beta we may change how many credits things cost and adjust or end free credits, invite credits and credit codes. Paid plans are not available yet; when they launch, the price, what you get and your cancellation and withdrawal rights will be shown before you buy.

7. Fair use

Don't use Rodex to make content that is illegal, harmful, hateful or sexual, that targets children inappropriately, or that infringes others' rights, and don't use it to cheat, exploit or attack Roblox, other games or other people.

8. Liability

Rodex is provided free of charge. We are therefore liable only for intent and gross negligence. This limit does not apply to injury to life, body or health, to claims under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), to defects we fraudulently concealed, or to guarantees we gave. Where we are liable for data loss, our liability is limited to what it would have cost to restore the data from backups you should reasonably have kept.

9. Ending use

You can stop using Rodex at any time by uninstalling it. We can end your licence if you seriously break these terms. Sections 5, 8 and 11 stay in force after that.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or paid plans. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and tell you in the app if a change matters. If you keep using Rodex after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Law and disputes

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
